2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, address, or IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed, and any accumulated bonuses may be cancelled.

3.1 Deposit Terms

If fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is detected, the transaction may be temporarily suspended. 558h reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account if the required information is not provided.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

558h offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000 — before withdrawing the bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from a bonus become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met. Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time. In the event of bonus misuse or a breach of terms, the bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

4.3 Other Promotions

558h may launch various special offers and promotions from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be detailed on that offer's page. In the event of a conflict with the general terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence.

5.1 VIP Tiers

558h's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A member can advance to a higher tier through regular play. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%.

5.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total bets minus total winnings). Example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000 — ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback will be received (the maximum for that tier). Cashback is added to the account within a set time each week.

5.3 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. 558h reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any VIP tier or benefit at any time. If a member breaches the terms or engages in fraudulent activity, their VIP tier and associated benefits will be cancelled.

6.1 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all games on 558h is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality. No game outcome is predetermined or predictable. Each game session is independent and does not depend on previous or future outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 558h:

• Betting or playing games using software bots or automated programs
• Placing bets on two or more outcomes simultaneously with the intent to circumvent bonus terms
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users
• Operating an account under a false identity

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game or betting session is interrupted mid-way due to a server outage, network issue, or any other technical reason, 558h may declare that session void and will arrange a refund of the staked amount. Any transactions arising from incorrect odds or jackpot values being displayed will be considered void.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

558h reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If odds or lines change, a bet will not be considered valid at the old odds until the bet is confirmed. The amount of each bet must fall within the minimum and maximum limits shown on the platform.

7.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled selection will be removed and the remaining selections will be recalculated. If a match starts before its scheduled time, bets will remain valid; however, in-play bets placed before the scheduled start time may be voided.

7.3 Betting Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over the outcome of a bet, a complaint must be submitted to 558h's customer service team within 72 hours. In all cases, 558h's decision will be considered final. Disputes will be resolved based on the official result of the match or the announcement of the relevant sports authority.

8.1 Voluntary Limit Setting

558h allows users to voluntarily set limits on their deposits, losses, or sessions. These limits can be activated at any time from account settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit may have a set waiting period.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

11.1 Account Closure by 558h

558h may close any account immediately if: there is a serious breach of the Terms; the account is used for fraudulent activity; identity verification fails; or as required by applicable law and regulations. Steps will be taken to return any valid balance before the account is closed, unless that balance is itself the subject of a dispute.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must contact the 558h customer support team. Any pending withdrawals and bonus-related matters must be settled before the account is closed. After an account is closed, 558h's permission is required before a new account can be opened in the same person's name.

13.1 Severability
